The competition where Fuego's U23 side bridges elite youth football and the professional game.
Official league siteThe League for Clubs, usually shortened to TLFC, is the competition Fuego FC's U23 program plays in. It is built for the stage between elite youth development and a professional contract, where players need real matches against real opposition rather than another season of age-group football.
TLFC is a senior competition only. Our top-level side plays here; it holds no youth age groups. Everything beneath it sits in the Lightning League, which is where the rest of the pyramid lives.
Kevin Garcia played in this competition with the Fuego U23 side after debuting for the club at 16. In January 2026 he transferred to Club Deportivo Guadalajara for a club-record fee, the first transfer of its kind from the Central Valley.
