La Cascarita de Fuego Waiver and Release of Liability

By participating in La Cascarita de Fuego (the "Event"), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participating in soccer activities involves risks of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis, and death. These risks may be caused by my own actions or inactions, the actions of others participating in the Event, the conditions in which the Event takes place, or the negligence of the "Released Parties" named below.

2. Release and Waiver

I hereby release and hold harmless Fuego FC, its officers, officials, agents, employees, volunteers, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers ("Released Parties") from any and all liability arising from injury, loss, or damage that I may suffer in connection with my participation in the Event.

3. Medical Consent

I understand that in the event of injury or illness during the Event, I authorize the Released Parties to secure medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to do so. I accept responsibility for all costs related to such medical treatment.

4. Image Release

I grant permission to Fuego FC to use my photograph, video recording, or audio recording for any legitimate purpose, including publicity and marketing, without compensation.

5. Physical Fitness

I certify that I am physically fit and have not been advised against participation by a qualified medical professional. I certify that there are no health-related reasons that preclude my participation in this Event.
